OK so I used the city building plan with Danse as my leader for oberland station. Once the cinematic cut got done, I had all sorts of issues.
Issue 1: My settlement hud shows I have zero settlers, zero happiness, so on so forth, yet I have settlers there using plots.
Issue 2: When in workshop mode, I no longer have a green border showing where my settlement boundries are.
Issue 3: No new settlers will come here and I cannot send them here, they just disappear.
Issue 4: Even though the city isn't working, my settlers occupied plots are upgrading all the way to tier 3.
All other cities I did the city leader with worked fine. I tried removing all my mods but the issue is still there even with my mods gone. Can't figure this one out. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
