New in Version 1.1
This is the DLC Edition of the Bad Neighbors Sim Settlement Addon. I will still continue to make a Vanilla only version but will also open it up to the DLCs to provide more content. This File has everything the Vanilla Version has so no need to run them together. Includes new Fishing Plots from Far Harbor (You need Far Harbor to use this...)
New Agricultural Plot
Fish Farm
This plot provides Food and Caps. Has randomized Flags and Water types as well as trees for the first stage. With fish swimming in the pond.
It you get a flag that you find offensive to your current character just use the IBB Hammer on the plot to get a new one. Eventually the Flags in my Mods will reflect the radiant quest progress the player is making.
Water Treatment Plant
Adds a water generating Plot that recycles your Sims precious bodily fluids into drinking water.
The 3rd stage also adds a little bit of Power.
Updates:
Skyfall Home
Many features and decorations added. Working Drinking fountain and other additions.
Fixed the pathing so your settlers will no longer get stuck underneath
Plutonium Well
Fixed an error that was keeping the well from getting to stage 3.
Revamped the plot to make it friendly to the cement foundation.
Added a Conduit
Added electricity....
Church of Atom
The Altar now has a working effect when you click on it.
The Church now offers clinical services to help those in need.
The Church MAY also cause Children of Atom NPC's to come and visit your settlements. They are Friendly to you but will attack if they are with other Children of Atom NPC's who aren’t so friendly. They have a special way of attacking... so keep your distance if you aggro them. These NPC's are a work in progress. If they don’t come to your settlements to visit you will see them out in the Commonwealth. (Wandering NPCs still in development, but are in the leveled lists.)
Molerat farm
The Molerat farm will now warn you before it plops down the hill in which it sits.
It will display markers showing what will be covered if you allow it to spawn giving you a chance to place it in a better place or opt not to have it at all.
Changed out the lights for a subtler look
