Modern Plans?

I'm wanting to come back to Sim Settlements and give it another try (though I'm still reading there are a lot of bugs) but I'm more interested in an actually "rebuilt" look. Meaning the idea that several centuries later, settlers should be able to build walls without holes in them and definitely be able to make bricks (we did it in the ancient times, lol) so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any city plans and plots that allow me to only use cleaner, more complete and modern buildings? If it has skyscrapers or very urban buildings that's fine too.

I guess I'm looking for actual towns & cities, where people aren't living in literal trash and where it looks like civilization is actually returning. It doesn't have to be all sunshine and rainbows and manicured lawns, but at least actual buildings, instead of lean-tos and rusty sheet metal shacks with more holes than a hillbilly stop sign.

I've yet to be able to find anything that doesn't seem to be more of the traditional rust-covered aesthetic.

And, to be clear, this is no slight against anyone who makes plots and city plans. The aesthetic of many of the plots/plans fits what Bethesda apparently thinks humans are capable of and I just disagree. So I'm wondering if I can give my download to an author who happens to have made something that fits my particular roleplay.

There are settings that you can enable for SS2 that allow you to control what plots types are available. This even includes overriding the plots selected by city planners. By banning your undesired themes you can control what plots spawn. Now be advised if you do this then the settlement might not look like it does on the tin.

If there are city plans or plots that YOU want to see then YOU should be the one to make them, not rely on others to try and make your dream.
The tools for you to make either are available for free and there is tons of community support for making your own creations.

Besides trying to make your own as you would like to see them, there are a few building plan Addons that include more modern building plans.
Vault Tek, SuperStructures.. just have to look for them on Nexus Mods, pick the ones you like.
