I don't see anything that immediately leaps out as a bad idea there, with one sort of exception.
Most of the functionality of "SKK Workshop Ownership & Utilities" is already covered by Workshop Framework. This is not a slur on SKK50's work (I know they do good stuff) but merely a notice to be careful using its utilities in case they do things in a different way to what SS2 expects - I've never used that specific one myself so I can't say for certain.

I downloaded it as I had problems claiming a workshop, said I didn't own it when I unlocked it and couldn't assign anyone. Used that to sort the problem. I could delete it since I'll be starting a new game again.

Actually it was also so I could make Boston Airport a full settlement too.

This won't address the full settlement issue but Workshop Framework does let you claim a workshop. You just walk up to the workbench and there's an alternate activator to open up options and that's one of the options.

I believe its Place Everywhere that lets you turn off exiting build mode entirety. Id suggest you check out NEO (New Equipment Overhaul), LEO (Legendary Effects Overhaul) and, ECO (Equipment and Crafting overhaul. You can pour resources into making an item really powerful.

Raze my Settlement / Clean my Settlement Redux are really useful. Alex's Settlement Power Pylon makes any power its attached to be radiant for the settlement. I like nice looking wiring but when I have to set t up as I build I end up with an Ouroboros. Things that require power straight to them still need it unless you turn on the self powered option.

The Companion Whistle is really handy (Esp if you run several companions) to get your companion to stay with you over rough terrain.

You might look into a home mod to collect your stuff. Im very fond of the Underground Hideout as it also adds a cavern settlement attached to it if you add in the 2nd mod.

Have fun :D

Unfortunately I'm on Xbox so I'm quite limited on what I can download. I think I've got enough room for a 10Mb download in total so things like Raze my Settlement is a no go Unfortunately.

I was just gonna say, how'd you cram all that on xbox lol. Most impressive.
ECO is considered a good replacement for AWKCR from what I've heard. Other than that it all seems fine until it's not fine :)
