Missing Textures, Missing Residential plans, Settlers will not take disease cure

Hello Everyone, I'm giving the game another run through, but I'm having the issues stated in my post title.
  • 2x2 Residential plans are absent from the menu when I try to change plans. 1x1 and 3x3 are fine. This only happens with Residential plots
  • CPD, Nightengales, and Algernon are all missing textures.
  • Sick settlers can't be healed by the disease cure. I press R and nothing happens.
Should I start a new game? I've deleted and redownloaded SS2 and SS2C2 mods and that didn't help.

Does vit-o-matic work? I guess it could be the bug from 2.3.2... The disease cure thing, anyway. And even if you're not using extended, I doubt that should cause all the missing textures... I'd guess that could be a mod conflict. Specific types of plots missing was also a bug that should be fixed by now. Not sure when that became a thing. Anyway, you might try to rollback to when you were using 2.3.1 and update to 2.3.2b, or start a new game, but that would be more radical. Check your load order first though.

It could also be textures and models failing to load depending on how many mods you are running. The game has a BA2 (archive that mod assets are packaged in) limit. At one point, it stops loading the assets. Past that point, it just crashes. If you have a very large quantity of mods, certain things may be failing to load and that could be the source of your problem.

Didn't they remove somethings from the main archive and put them in the extended? Could that be the issue depending on which one your using? So, for example... if an npc is baked into the save from a previous version of SS2 and you upgrade mid-playthrough and those references arent' there the baked in data is still going to look for it and find nothing.

That could be the case but in most cases what they did was simply change certain material files to point to vanilla textures - that shouldn't cause missing references because it's just changing what the material is pointing at. I also don't think they did that with outfits but I could be mistaken.

I wasn't sure I briefly scanned over the new change logs and saw something about removing items from the main files and putting them into the extended one, but wanted to mention it just in case.

I have an instance where some npcs weren't wearing their outfits, or they seemed to have 2 in their inventory. I don't know if both can be flagged as their 'hidden' default outfit but using the console to equip one doesn't work, but it'll equip the other. I also wonder if that's the case with the missing outfits. If they're in the npcs inventory and they didn't 'equip' it because they 'grabbed' the first one in the list.

Thanks guys, I started a new play through to see if the 2x2 plots come back. I was thinking it was just bugged from the set up. I'm running with about 340 mods, most of those are city plans and other light mods. Outside of that its mostly guns and QoL stuff.
It may also have something to do with loading the Fen's Sheriff mod part way through, so starting from 0 just to make sure.
