Hello all, for some reason I can only select ROTC: plans for my Conqueror start up? I have Mega Pack 1, and Mega Pack 3 installed but they don't seem to be accessible for the start-up?

Solved Missing City Plans on start-up?

The mega packs don't have city plans, they are collections of plots. For city plans you'll need city plan packs such as: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35648 & https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42191

Derp, thank you I also somehow had an older version of Conqueror even though I re-downloaded it yesterday. The plan sets were just downloaded and that should fix it.
