I started up a new game after installing conqueror. Then I used a lot of time making my character. Then I used the menu for the alternate start mod (live another life) and started as a Gunner. I didn't get any message from Conqueror at startup or at any point of the game. Do I need to start over?

I couldn't find any to link to, but I believe in the past there have been reports of the Conqueror options not popping up if you spend too much time in the looks menu. I usually go straight to bathroom door to get Conqueror going and then deal with my looks at my leisure before exiting the vault. Not sure how alternate start mods change the order of things. Might very well be worth a new start to see if less time in looks at the very beginning makes a difference.
