Memory Lounger Completely missing in the Quest Remote Managment ( Xbox Series X)

I do now know whats currently happening with the quest line Remote Managment but it says to go and sit in the Memory Lounger but there is no chair to sit in to do the quest am I missing somthing or is this a bug ?

I also get the feeling its because I have not completed certain SS2 Quests like Commonwealth rising and How to HQ as I would like some help or advice on this.

Fixed a bug during the quest “Remote Management” that could prevent the Memory Lounger from being set up for some players.

This is from the beta patch notes, should go live in the next actual patch.
