Question Manage / Export

So I did an Export on a workbench for a simple settlement with no settlers and few buildings. The WSFW file was generated, and I checked it. I watched the YouTube video about how to convert the file so I can then Import it to the same workbench. But.... the link given in the YouTube video doesn't work like was shown in the video. The option beside the WSFW export file never is visible. So no way to convert it to something WSFW understands. Anyone have a correct url for this conversion? I tried both Google and Internet Explorer with the same result. How are we supposed to use this feature to Export/Import?

This file should be aBunchOfRandomNumbers.log in MyDocs\fallout 4\logs\user. You need to use that file with the web tool https://www.simsettlements.com/tools/layoutcreator.php to create a plugin file you put in your load order and enable. The layout should then be available for import via the manage function at the workbench.
Like I said, I went to the website tool, and it didn't do what was shown in the video, and I could not generate a converted file.

Right so when I go to https://www.simsettlements.com/tools/layoutcreator.php this is what I'm seeing:
Are you seeing the same thing? If not you either need to switch browsers to Chrome or Firefox, update your browser, or disable your browser addons/extensions because something is blocking one of the website components from loading.

IF you are seeing this ^, you should be able to press "Browse..." and go to wherever your WorkshopFramework Export settlement log is, or possibly just drag that file onto the browse button. After you've done that and entered whatever you want for text fields, it should look basically like this (below), except with your file's name instead of NationalParkVisitorsCenterLevel3_01.log,
Then you just click "Create ESL" on the bottom, or "Create ESP" if you prefer, and it should download something called WSFWLayout.esl. If you're using a mod manager, you may have to put this file in a zip archive first before the mod manager will be willing to import it.

I am having some trouble following exactly what your issue is, so if these steps don't work, please let me where they stopped working, and what happened at that point, and I will try to help further.
