Manage City Option Not Working And Other Stuff

Recently I have not been able to access manage city option on the table via the blueprint. Also trying to access ASAM option to destroy put is not available but seeing stats is. A window keeps popping up, I've attached a picture of it. I've removed conflicting mods, reinstalled ands not change. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

it is Happening to me too,cant access the Blueprints,Manage Supplies on City Planner Table,That being said i also encounter another bug with Literally Just Exceeded My Build Limit to Max even tho i set the Option of it Being Restricted to Off..

I'm wondering if the last update had something to do with this .. cause before that i didnt have any issues
