Making my way home to you

Hello everyone, it's been a long time and a lot has changed for me. I've gone from a lonely hermit to being married with a daughter and a bouncing baby boy. Now that things aren't as hectic (wedding planning, pregnant wife & getting my little girl into preschool) I've had time to relax and realized how much I miss both this community and well building settlements.

So I guess I'm back. We even have a carrier so I can do my thing and hold the baby at the same time. But I DO need a bit of help.

The plans I've sketched out on paper NEED the mods Ground ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17691?tab=description ) and Woody's Wasteland Stuff ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24951?tab=description ) . And of course Place Everywhere, SMM, SS, IR & RotC.

But I'm getting a CTD constantly and I'm rusty as hell, so I haven't been able to figure out why or how to correct it. If you can help, I'd appreciate it but either way it feels good to be coming back.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Use 3 in 1.

Other than that need a bunch more info.

Merry Christmas to you

this will get you going;
install and enable only these mods.
sim settlements 3-in-1, UFO4P, Workshop Framework, HUD Framework, MCM, Woody's Wasteland Stuff and replace ground with VFX Foundations (author is on here).

That should get you up and running.

Do you want to play with conqueror, or not? If you do, add Conqueror to your list of enabled mods and then wait around in the vault until it finishes doing its thing - warning - this can take hours - yes, really, hours - you just have to not leave the vault until it's complete. Or download MrCJohn's brilliant start up mods which allow you to start the game with conqueror all ready to go - all you do is leave the vault.

be warned - creation club content can break starter quests - i would not advise you to install and run any creation club content until you've done sanctuary with codsworth.

other than that - i think you're sorted.

I think I'll skip Conquerer until I get back into the groove. And I'm using Ground because the settlement is getting a Dam built thus I'll need to raise the water level.

I didn't see if VFX Foundations had an actual water tile but I may have missed it.
