Main Quest switching settlements after triggered

Hello,
I built up sanctuary with the transfer settlements mod for a "refurbished" look that I really like and it took some doing to accomplish. The build included a recruitment beacon which triggered the SS2 main quest.

Is there any way to restart the main quest at a different settlement?
There is no room at sanctuary and I would like to keep the current esthetic.

You can use the holotape to change the location of the primary settlement. As long as you're using a version past 1.0.15 (see the patch notes here https://wiki.simsettlements2.com/en/getting-started/patch-notes#version-1015) you should be fine to switch the location.
