Looking for ways to detect conflicts

First of all, thank you for this - looks amazing.

Since this is a lot more than just esp files, and a lot of scripts - it is not as simple as using fo4edit to look for conflicts. Any suggestions? I want to use these mods (and will....) I just want to figure out if I have to give up something else, or at least manage the process.

Is it as simple as just looking unpacking the archive files and looking for matches to existing pex files?

Yep- any that include the pex files in the base directory that start with Workshop are going to be incompatible.

I should be able to either show those mod authors how to make patches, or else create new mods that do the same thing but with WSFW. Feel free to tag me whenever you find any - I'd love to get as many resolved as possible and start a list of the ones we can't fix so people know!
