I'm looking for a few mods if they exist.
* One where it stops NPC's from walking into a building or area. Specifically I built a "garage" of sorts next to the workbench in Sanctuary, of course it's my main settlement as well, and it seems like more and more NPC's are congregating inside it. I have like 15 power armors in there now and its a nightmare trying to move around with 10 other NPC's in there. It seems to be mostly visitors, and special NPC"s that I can take quests from just hanging out in this garage area everytime I spawn in.
I suppose anything can work though, if there are plots or other things I can do to kind of "spread out" the visitors and NPC's.. they just keep clumping up in the middle of my settlements.
* Second one is being able to build player owned something. I'm tired of NPC's claiming my bed...
