Light Sources

I have recently added scrap everything and had a question. In my latest playthrough I ran scrapall in sanctuary from the console. This removed everything except the terminal and desk in one of the houses.

An annoyance is that it didn't remove the light sources. Does anybody know of a way to get rid of them?

There is a mod called "Lights out" on nexus ... I use it. And Endorse. Works great.
