Light pole crashing.

Just started a fresh play through fir SS2. When I ever I try to change the light pole style it crashes the game back to Vortex. No freezing just drops. This happens in any settlement. Even if there is one plot and no wires connecting anything. With other mods or without.

This issue has been covered many times. The game crashes because of the Street pole model in the New Power Pole menu. Switch to the latest public beta version or avoid hovering your mouse over the Street pole.

I just downloaded sims Saturday. So it’s the latest version. And what I read says not have wires connected.

I also use a controller. So I’m not sure about the mouse.

The latest beta version is 1.01B
The beta patches can be found here:

Nexus and other places currently have version 1.01 as the newest.

Since the light pole was fixed in version 1.01A and you came here to report it then that means you do not have the latest beta version.

If you are using Vortex it is really simple.
Download the file
Click on the Mods section in Vortex.
Click Install from file you just download (you do not even need to unzip it)
Then everything from there is the same as if you let Vortex download it from Nexus.

Maybe someone should post instructions in the Latest Patches and News section.....
