legendary modification what's the better of the two ?

I prefer Draco's Legendary Effects. It has a version that covers all DLC and allows you to tailor how you handle legendary crafting. You can go full on cheat mode and craft anything pretty much from the start all the way to only being able to remove a legendary and install it on something else.

yep look cool too but the two add the possibility to have two legendary on the item and draco not. but i will maybe try this too thks for the discover !
 
I found having 2 legendary effects on 1 item to be way over powered. I don't tend to play with any mods that make combat harder or add more enemies though so that could change things.

did you play on survival ? i dont know because i have the mods for two legendary effect but i never used xd maybe you right is too much.
 
I've been complaining to my boyfriend that I need to get one of the mods that lets you use legendary mods on other weapons because I always manage to get the absolute worst legendaries. Last night I got an explosive walking cane. Today I see this thread...that seals it. Time for me to download a new mod.

im after explosive boxing gloves. not sure they exist in the game but man that would be funny
