An extension of the RotC's Leaders system. An assignable position that act's like a 2nd in command or "champion". This would allow for a "battle trait" for leaders that would provide an active or passive buff to warriors/guards while engaging opponents. (Ex. Danse could give an attack bonus. MacCready could give crit bonus)
On that thought. New leader traits that effect the non combative phase 2 mechanics would be cool. (Ex. Converts civilians/slaves into raiders, workers production bonus)
