Question Lazy captives ):<

Hello. The captives I've gotten from raids on my base or attacks on others are very lazy and picky about what work they do. When i try to set them to work some plots they just unregister and one of my warriors takes their place as a worker.
They will work farms but getting them to work an industrial plot is tricky.
I do have horizon installed as well, dunno if thats messing with it or not?
Anyone else run into this problem?

My captives don't wanna do any work either. I have captured quite a few and sent them to farms that need help, but they just stand around and I can't assign them.
