Solved Layout import stuck

Hello, sorry to bother with this silly problem that I have but it is that I cannot successfully import a layout in which I worked a lot last year but never finished. The percentage stays at 63% and does not advance.
There are required mods that I don't have installed in my current game since I don't need them (like looksmenu customization compedium for example), can that influence?

I'm not too sure. For me, if the import gets stuck, its usually at 98-99%. I have found that saving, exit FO4, and reloading can get things moving again. I have had better luck importing a layout after saving, exit, reloading and wait for 5-10 min.

That worked, I saved when stuck and reload. It stuck again at 98% this time reloading the game did not unblock it but the vast majority of things were imported, thanks.
