Game crashes in first mission while talking to stranger and in settlement after placing the 2x2 residential plot with SS 2 being the only mod downloaded with cheat terminal on Xbox one.

I was playing the mod and whenever the stranger went to use the recreational plot to advance the story it crashes my game I completely deleted the save and restarted after 7 attempts of trying to get past it now the quest doesn't recognize the plot being placed and storing or scrapping the plot leaves behind an ASAM sensor and Power tower

Yes, same problem for me, the stranger pretends to be a settler then says the plot is checking for resources & then the games crashes, I see no way past this, I've reloaded the game 3 times, I guess I will wait for the next patch, the mod looks cool though
Also I am playing on a standard Xbox one

Having a similar issue here on a Xbox One S.
After stating the quest "Laying Foundations"
I place the first residential plot, 'play along' through two speech options then the game crashes back to the main Xbox menu when the stranger enters the plot.
I've got the following Mods installed:

1) Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch - Version 27

2) Workshop Framework - Version 47

3) Sim Settlements 2 - Version 2

4) Tookies Textures - Grass and Plants - Version 1

5) NAC x - Version 7

6) Underground Railway - immersive Fast Travel for Survival - Version 3

7)Place Anywhere - Version 5

8)Posts and Support Beams - Version 3

9) Sim Settlements 2 Wasteland Venturers add on Pack - Version 1

I'm going to ignore the stranger for now and head into Concord for to check out the other ASAM sensors I saw in Concord.
Perhaps try using them in Red Rocket.

Only broken ASAM sensors in the hardware store across from the Museum of freedom.
But a terminal entry in there mentions possible sensors at a Satellite Station...

Leaving the Power Pole is intentional. AFAIK there's a bug with Fallout 4 where if they remove the power stuff automatically it corrupts your save file, but if you manually remove it it seems to be safe, so unfortunatly I think we'll just need to remember to remove that ourselves.
Not sure how to help with the rest of it though sorry.

i have a problem with sim settlement season 2 at the beginning when the stranger talks to me everything goes normal but when i imitate his settlers and he runs to the plot and stands in the middle to build the game crashes translated by Google
