Layers slow script unresponsive after workshop framework 1.0.2 update

while working on a settlement in Nidhogg Beach I created one layer and built a house. when trying to create a new layer there as no response from the UI (or sound). Waited a few minutes and the sound triggered with no result. Looking at my save I found over 200 active scripts referencing workshop plus layer manager.


Thank you for all the time and effort you put into to this and other mods.
