I've been trying to complete or get to the next part I'm unsure if there is another part, but for Laser Love when looking for the LPP Carbine, I find it but I'm unable to grab anything of the Vertibrid.
It seems like I need to go onto the upper lever of the over head highway (or whatever its called) but there's no way up there.
Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I had to Jetpack to get up there myself, couldnt find any other way either. The thing you are after is inside the 'bird itself, too.
Maybe taking Greygarden as a Settlement and building a "ladder" in Workshop Mode up onto the top of the overpass might work? I'd been avoiding that settlement myself due to the issues SS Plots have with 'robot settlers'.

This one is kinda obscure unless you've aggressively hunted every power armor frame on the map. From Greygarden, go straight East. Look for where the portion of the raised highway the vertibird is on starts to collapse on the eastern side (the far side from where you should be approaching from Greygarden). Around there, you can find an elevator lift at dirt level that can take you up to the top tier of the highway where both the Vertibird and a power armor frame (usually has some pieces of T-51 on it) can be found. Due to the position you have to climb onto the vertibird, the PA is great at preventing you from killing yourself.

I walked from greygarden. there is a lift to the upper level when you walk towards the vertibird position
and then climbed the vertibird and carefully jumped to its other side
I used no Powerarmor...

there is a small gap between the highway and vertibird where u can drop down into the vertibird and collect the gun its a bit tricky getting in the bird !

I think, and I'm not entirely sure about this, that Gremlin is treated as a "Level 4" merchant, which to make a long explanation short is basically a unique merchant who will sell unique and legendary items when placed at a level 3 store of the correct type, in her case Weapons. Other Level 4 merchants include the Vault-Tec Rep and Smiling Larry.

Thanks very much, I will try setting her up with a lvl 3 weapons store.

Wow, you all take the hard way...

There is an elevator over near the brahmin going towards Cambridge that takes you to the top.

The LPP sits inside the vertibird. If you are afraid of falling grab the set of T45/T51 first.

There is an elevator that goes up.
Look for some ropes from the highway to the ground. There is a wooden crate with a big red button that will take you up.

You don’t need a jet-pack, or even the PA. Take the elevator up (that others have described). You can easily jump down into the vertibird from the upper level, then fast travel back to wherever. ‘Cause you’re outside.

That's awesome! I'll give that a go!

So does she wind up selling a functional version of the SunScorcher if you give her a shop? I really need a weapon like that at my level, as everything I love using I've outleveled already. :/
