Knowledge Equals Profit Quest not completing

Since I've only seen one other person make this bug report, I thought it would help to add mine. In my game, the radiant Quest brought me to Mass Pike Tunnel. The quest item was a generic vanilla folder in a green loot chest. Upon picking it up, the quest did not update, but the quest marker now points to my player character. The folder cannot be dropped from the inventory cuz it's marked as a quest item. And The Ron doesn't recognize the quest as complete. Even if the quest is forcibly completed.

All folders cannot be dropped. I now have 51 stuck in my inventory.

I posted in a separate thread, but I have the same issue. I picked up the item from Gunner's Plaza, and now the quest marker points to me. Ron won't talk to me at all.

I thought the latest patch would fix the issue, but I still can't turn in this quest on the xbox.
