Question Jammer bug

so i was a bit stupid and didn't grab the stash from the super duper mart until after i killed Kellogg and brought the brotherhood into the wealth. so when i went to turn in the quest he instead skipped it but the quest didn't complete. instead he told me to take out tower tom (i already took care of the stockpile and corvaga.). is there any way to fix this bug? since i don't really like having broken quests in my quest bar.

This issue won't happen anymore after 4.2.2.
