jake dissapeared and the radio wont work

Hello I finished the part when the (recently found) hub explodes and Jake tells you to wait a couple of days. But (here's the problem) after a couple of days i got the notidication to listen to the radio again, but the radio is silent and it does not advance the quest, and could not find Jake in the hardware store either.

PD: About the main quest, I didn't visit Valentine´s place yet, but i went to diamond city

Go to the upstairs in the hardware store... Jake might be on the roof at his camp.

1. Make sure your load order is correct.
2. Make sure you are on the latest version 1.01b
3. Jake is at St Charles Ampitheater to start Hub of the Problem.
4. Make a backup save before proceeding, if you are already having issues then Hub of the problem may be a problem as well.
