Issues With The Holotape Options

So I decided to make a new save and start Sim Settlements over fresh, and noted several issues with the holotape options:

• The Citizen Needs HUD is supposed to be in the middle by default. However, despite the option being Middle it always appears at the bottom of the screen. I have to cycle all the way through the option back to Middle for it to actually appear in the middle, but then it changes the scale to 75% instead. So I have to go through that option back to 100% as well. After that it's fine.

• NEW! "City Improvement Started" is not affected by Turn On/Off All Notifications.

It's all minor inconveniences, but I figured it may be annoying to new Sim Settlements players making their first save. So I'm hoping these notes may help. ​

Thanks for the post! The visitor and town meeting ones are already fixed for the next patch - I was not aware of these other issues.

As of 3.5.1 several of these issues were fixed! Although some were not, on top of which I also found a new minor issue. I have updated the main post to reflect this.
