I can't even download sim settlements chapter 2. I can download chapter 3. But whenever I try and download chapter 2 it crashes. Will even restart game. I have 0 idea why

This is a known issue on xbox currently - and unfortunately out of our hands. It is a Bethnet problem associated with the update, hopefully they fix it soon.
