Question Is there a console command to spawn City Planning Desks?

I’m sorry if this should be easy to figure out, but I couldn’t.

edit: I just realized that in Sanctuary you get a bunch of desks for free. But not in other settlements. Why is that? Is there a way to get the free desks in other settlements?

edit 2: I just realized I had not set up supply lines to the other settlements... god im slow. Well, I think it works now though.
