Fixed Incorrect material/texture assignment in Drugyard Level 2

There is a pathing issue for the "Don't Eat" sign in the Drugyard, Level 2 nif. Both the material and texture paths point to SimSettlements\Conqueror\*.* instead of SS_Conq\Signs\*.*

ETA, I should have checked the later nifs too. They seem to have the same issue.
