Closed Incorrect house count, home meter, and autoassing issue

Al least in Sanctuary, I found some problems.
1- The home meter never show a correct relation between persons and houses. Even if you got the same or more numbers of settlers the meter always looks incomplete.
The only way that the home meter really grows is adding a simple bed, no matter there's no settler to assing, its grow, so the single bed not only count has a home, count as an occupied one.

2- After upgrading to the last SS version and install ROTC, the houses in the hud are less than the house I build (an old friend who return from time to time)

3- The settlers don't auto assign in some circunstances, like with the Town Houses. I need to do some "abracadabra" assigning and reasigning the "red coloured" 3 settlers to this houses (and crossing my fingers) to end with one of them impossible to put in the house. But even with a new house for that settler, the d.... house meter show the same 78%.
Maybe a Addon conflict, maybe not...

4- The robots created in the settlement (in the normal station not in the SS plots) like to autoassing to a house (maybe they're fight for their rights, I don't know) but even that the house meter not move.

The mods I got installed not are in the "black list", only two affects Santuary (Round Up and Restore Bridges) and I play almost from the first SS version with almost the same mods affecting the settlements (upgradings of SS and addons, of course)

Any idea to solve this, I really appreciate.

Thanks for the good work
