Inaccurate settment resource values

Hi All,

Just thought I'd post a fix to a bug I was experiencing.
I created a foundation for Tenpines bluff on a fresh new playthrough, and suddenly it was giving me +100 of water causing it to get raided everyday. At lvl 10 with only 5 settlers, it couldn't fast-travel there without it getting raided (and insta-killed because I'm on survival with fast-travel enabled and have shitty armor).

For some reason building a foundation and assigning a leader was giving it additional resources that i didn't bild.

The fix: manually decrease an item's resource value to negative to adjust for it.
I knew I hadn't built any pumps yet, so the water resource needed to read zero.

In the consol, select any item by clicking on it (in my case, I selected a water pump in an agricultural plot) and type "setav 332 -100". this sets the water resource value to that pump to -100. Enough to balance it out to the original value.

Poof - now my settlement accurately reads zero and I can build water pumps as intended to get the correct value. No more raids! (unless i truly don't care about the settlement defense value, it will get raided normally as if playing vanilla).

Hope that helps anyone else experiencing this problem!

There's an actual item giving 100 water in Tenpines - that was a mistake that will be fixed in the future.

Thanks Kinggath! I'm on my first playthrough and I'm glad I downloaded your mod early! It's really enhancing the playthrough experience.

It's a coiled up water hose, and I think you need to break precombines to make it go away.
precombines for a item they added ? are you really sure ? but btw where it is x) ? didn't find it x)
Edit : found it x)

Having the same issue and I can't find the source. Any direction would be appreciated.

Should be fixed with 3.1.1. Back up your game and start a city refresh (that now remembers it's level).

soo, I only recently finally upgraded to version 3 and this city plan definitely still has a 100-water producing hose in the city plan for me, should I be worried? I mean I can remove it using the place everywhere function but still
my friend, who's still on 3.1.1 (hasn't played in a little while) checked for me and found no hose in his city plan, which perplexes me

Thought I'd post and note that I was able to disable the garden hose. No idea if that will mean I'm now hosed if it gets fixed, but I did jot down its ID in case I need to bring it back.
