Not a bug "in it for the money" and jammer inventory bugged

So i was doing the quest for jammer to kill red tourette, and after completing it (killing red tourette) she still had her quest marker on her body, i went onward with the quests for jammer, up to the point to invade another settlement, but here the markers are still on red tourette and it seems that giving jammer alcohol and chems won't do anything, as i waited more than 3 days with him having 100+ chems and still asking for more/to wait, it seems that i am stuck here
 
Did any raiders spawn in the area around Jammer? There should be a lot of friendly raiders at this point just wandering around there.

As long as there are at least 5, he shouldn't be telling you that you need more. Your gang is also capped at 20 people until you start setting up Outposts and putting down places for them to sleep. So the chems won't have an effect if you see 20 members wandering around already.
 
You can confirm if the donations are working by running

sqv kgconq_raidergang

Then page up and search for iRecruitmentResources, if that's greater than 0, then the donations are working - Conqueror just believes you're at the max number of raiders.
 
okay so i found out that the donations are working, but also jammer is still standing around concord and there are maybe 6 or 7 friendly raider there too, now i don't know if it is normal or if he should be going to sanctuary or anywhere else, but even though i have the raiders he still tells me that we don't have the numbers to engage on a settlement
 
The only time he should tell you don't have enough, is if you have less than 5. If you're seeing 6+, then something is wrong.

Can you upload your .fos save to dropbox.com or a google drive, share it, and PM me a link, and I will take a look soon?

In the meantime, you can try your luck with the hotfix. I didn't touch anything in this area, but who knows, maybe it will unstick something.
 
Hey so I'm having the same problem here, although Jammer wont even let me trade with him anymore, just says "come back when you have more" every time I press trade. I also only have three raiders here and its been a few days.
 
Haven't heard back in well over a month, closing this ticket.
