Old Post I'm making a new SS inspired Youtube series

I'm calling my series "The Hero and the Statesman". The basic pitch for this series is that I'm doing a playthrough of Fallout 4 and Sim Settlements all while trying to determine the best way to rebuild civilization. Each episode will deal with a historical topic either from the history of civilization or from American history. I posted my first full length episode today, in which I discuss the history of Concord and the Minutemen.

If this interests you at all you can check it out here:

There's also a prologue episode on my channel that I posted a while back. It's not very good but it's pretty short, so you can check it out if you want. Here's the link:

I'm still very new at making videos, so if you have any advice for me on how to improve my videos I would love to here it. I won't take any criticism personally. My inexperience definitely shows in the quality of the videos.

ha, this was good. You have my attention in spades.

I reposted your link on the SS discord. I have always been a giant history buff and I also found this very good on several levels. Excellent! Thank you! My advice - "Have fun and play with your creativity, this was "a good thing."" I'll enjoy where you take this as time goes by. You have a Subscriber.

Also, for folks new to SS and FO4 I would highly recommend this video. I suggest you shoot a pm to GA_Darkerside and Demanding and ask it be posted in the video links section of the sim settlements forums. Yes, you can say I recommended it!

I also sent the link to Kinggath.

Wow! Thank you so much! I'll take your advice seriously. It's still taking me a bit of time to get comfortable behind a mic. I'll try not to forget to have fun while I'm recording. I've already started work on chapter 2.
