Now this is the part I get confused i when to red rocket place war planner desk i assign ADA to be may outpost commander then it ask me if i want to tear down the area i said yes after it is finished the war planner desk disappears and city planner desk showed up but no war planner desk on site

My question is this is the war planner desk automated so it will build auto outpost Like ( city planner desk ) if this system exists what i am doing wrong ??
Or is the war planner desk intended to be manually use ??

I forgot to add am playing as liberator enclave not as part off jammer

i apologize for my bad english

You have two different desks.

One is a city manager desk, this is mean for normal settlement play. You assign a leader to it for some settlement bonuses and the option to build a different city plan. You do not need to use a plan to get the leader bonuses.

The war planner desk is for running a gang. This helps you recruit, assign a leader and such.

If either desk is missing form a settlement simply go build one from the Sim Settlement Icon Furniture menu.

Because Conqueror is a work-in-progress, you should expect some problems and playing as a Liberator the problems will be somewhat different than playing as a Conqueror. I am playing as a BoS Liberator and am keeping a "loose" log of my current game, see https://simsettlements.com/site/ind...-of-a-conqueror-bos-liberator-update-2.11911/

I normally play a modified survival. Because of the CTDs that occurred in the vanilla game and now with Conqueror being a work-in-progress, I would recommend using the following survival mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14650. This mod is also available through the game - Survival Options by Jekod. It has worked for me and I am now able to save anywhere in the game and do fast travel.

Red Rocket is usually my first Outpost. Placing a War Planners Desk will not automatically build an Outpost. What this does is make Red Rocket your Outpost and you can then:
  1. Recruit soldiers that upon arrival you can either manually/automatically designate as a warrior, worker or guard; and either manually or automatically assign to a plot. I prefer micromanagement so I manually assign most soldiers myself.
  2. Specify which settlements you want to assault and, if successful, make the settlement a vassal or outpost.
At the beginning of the game after the bathroom mirror scene, the Sim Settlements Conqueror dialogue box comes up and then the Conqueror City Options box. These options allow you to specify which settlements you want automatically prebuilt. Normally, settlements like Red Rocket that have quests associated with them are not prebuilt. The others include the Castle, Covenant and Sanctuary.

Because I play BoS Liberator on survival, I normally build-up Red Rocket manually before the Conqueror is triggered by the arrival of the Prydwen. I use a mod that triggers the Prydwens arrival after the ArcJet quest.

The War Planners Desk is used manually.
