I made a mod, uh, sorta (VIS-G and Immersive Gameplay)

Just a quick and dirty patch to make Immersive Gameplay get along slightly better with VIS-G; It's literally nothing but overrides for the 'Full Name' field to make Ammo, food etcetera use the new categories while still leaving VIS-G above it so it doesn't break weapon damage and such.

But hey, it works!
