I sometimes get frustrated that my gaming pc I had for little over 5 yrs since the VA help me get it for my PTSD now I have been getting really high fan noises and the computer shuts down from time to time and its frustrating cause I be in the middle of a game and it shuts down after a couple of hrs or so I can't wait to get this PC fixed.

I had to make my own to help adjudicate the same problem you stated. After a time, they would be worse than not having one. I like my current one even though it acts up in other unrelated ways. High fan noise is something I won't tolerate. No sir!

Sounds like power supply us in adequate. I had same thing and usually only fallout 4. I went up 800 watts cost me 50 bucks and since then I haven't had a problem.

If I went to top notch level 3 cities or Boston commons my fan would go crazy and I'd here a pop and would reboot. Althiugh after the power upgrade I hear my fan still pickup though not as bad, I rarely ctd and never ctd to reboot.

It may just need to have the dust blown out of it. If dirt builds up on the fan blades, that can unbalance it and cause the noise. It can also make it so heat can't dissipate from certain components, which can cause it to overheat and shutdown. Be aware there is some risk to using compressed air to blow it out, though. It's possible the fast moving air can cause a charge that will do funny things to sensitive components. I've had to replace a couple of power supplies in the past from doing it. It's rare, but it can happen.

It's easy to download a free temp checker to see that if your getting 70 c or less probably not it
That was my first thought too but realized I wasn't going over 60 c. Also when its that you can smell it, and you will have more trouble rebooting since It has to cooldown.
