I have Built up Abernathy farm red rocket and Sanctuary so how can I purge red rocket and abernathy farm and im on the Xbox Series X so I dont see why there should be any problems ?Not nearly enough information.
How much have you built up Abernathy and Red Rocket? That area cannot support having those three settlements fully developed.
Are you using Scrap Everything, any settlement mods that haven't recombined the pre-combines, or settlement mods that change the terrain or extend the build area?
How far along in the game are you?
What does your mod list look like?
Even top level computers have this problem. Its a game issue not a power issue.I have Built up Abernathy farm red rocket and Sanctuary so how can I purge red rocket and abernathy farm and im on the Xbox Series X so I dont see why there should be any problems ?
For me, the best thing about leaving Red Rocket as a player settlement is that I can have a bed there that settlers can't steal. I also use it to send the Quantum Radstag there so I don't have to kill him. In a settlement he is drawn to recreation/leisure spots and he is just too big.
There is no limit but your machines.I just started having that problem. I suspect there may be a limit on the number of plots to a cell, I may have Sanctuary overbuilt.
I'm afraid I don't know much about consoles, but here are my thoughts:For anyone wondering, I could enter Sanctuary from the water and build a planner's desk. Assigning a new leader, new building plan (tearing everything down in the process, obviously), leaving back the safe route and waiting till my 2 remaining villagers (Mama Murphy and Lily) make some improvements seems to have done the trick. For now. At least I can fast travel to Sanctuary and not crash immediately. Had to immediately leave cinematic mode twice while waiting since that caused a crash too. But it seems fine now?
That got me thinking, maybe the city plan didnt remove the old dilapidated houses for a reason? Something about that rendering thing? Even though you don't need a scrap mod to scrap them and it seemed like an obvious thing to do ASAP. To build literally anything else on the nice flat spot, like a big house or a store. But maybe not? And i haven't entered houses much yet, but there could be some issues from when I cluttered them with interior plots (another obvious thing to do from my perspective, cause why build outside with all the houses around)?
Also thanks for the post and everything else. Will try and avoid really close together settlements like fire.
