That's odd, I certainly am not having that behavior and the current release has been out close to a month without any reports.

Can you identify when it started? Is this true in any settlement or only a specific one? Is this the first scav support building you've ever had in this save or do you have other scav team dispatchers, salvage sorting facilities and scavver sheds?

it is the first one in the settlement and it started probly about right after the last up dated that eith you did with the patch or when settlements updated

Do you use Sim Settlements Building Plans Tags and more? If so, backup your save and then remove that mod for me and see if it continues.

Also: perhaps try reinstalling my mod, that sort of crash should only happen if you don't have the model that the game is attempting to load, which would imply a bad install
