Hud Settlement needs menu showing up well away from settlements

I didn't have this problem, until today. The only thing I did before playing was update the City plan contest winners mod. I am getting the HUD Framework settlement needs really far away from settlements. I mean REALLY far away. I got the settlement needs bar for Starlight Drive In while standing next to the parking garage near Slocum Joe's in Lexington and I got the one for Ten Pines while at the bottom of the hill near that train depot. Another oddity is that I do not have control of these settlements yet. I haven't even 'Found' Starlight Drive in yet and I'm getting a menu with settlement needs. I'm going to try reinstalling the HUD Framework, but If you have any ideas what could cause this, please let me know. This is a new game I've only been playing for few hours and I've not even taken ownership of Ten Pines Bluff yet.

Edit: Reinstalling didn't help, and the menu goes away when I am actually Inside of the settlement bounds.

As a test, if you strip down to just HUDFramework and SS does it still happen? (Just uncheck the other mods in your LO rather than uninstall them)

launched the game to Just those two mods. Not getting the Hud showing up when not in a settlement.

Ok, so one of your mods is throwing a wrench into things.

This should be pretty easy to nail down with a half-split check. Throughout this testing, always leave HUDFramework and SS enabled.

1. Disable half of your mods
2. Test for the issue, if you have it - you're using the bad half of your mods. Otherwise, your disabled mods are the bad half.
3. Now load half of the bad half and go back to step 2.

Since each time you're eliminating half of your mods, it takes 8 tries at most to find the problem child.

Okay! I shall try this and When i find the issue i'll let post it here, incase maybe this happens to someone else.
