Hello tested in all my settlement before the patch 3.1.2 and they say my actual number but not the number after like in hte video in youtube like sanctuary for me is like "26" and is supposed to be like this "26/2x"

Is an RotC city plan already there being built? If not, it just tells the actual settlers.
there are settlement with already city plan at lvl 2-3 i know that he show only number of settler in the settlement where are not plan thks for your help !

Just thought I’d check. Haven’t had any problems with that part of the hud except that it seems to take a bit to kick in.

first time i have a bug too with HUD and is pretty annoying cause the max settler count for city plan is big info so i know now when i can build for sur for more settlers.

My Hud is doing the same, it just shows my current settler count. I even started a brand new RotC settlement just to see if it would only apply to brand new settlements, but it still just shows the current settler count, but I love the new progress meter.

The only way I can think that it wouldn't show the /X is if the settlement plan was no longer applied - which would happen if you use the Take Back City option.

Okay well that may explain why it's not showing on some of my other settlements as I used the regenerate the city option to refresh everything. And I did notice that the Hud takes a bit to update when I get to a settlement, I will have to double check my brand new settlement in Sunshine Trading and see if it shows the correct numbers.

But the more important number to me is the progress to next level, that rocks!

i take back only abernathy but i dont have any settlement where this info show for me and they are all assigned proprely and continue to grow so i dont think the city plan is not applyed.
@Behemothrex For me is the maximum for the city plan so you can take back when is full and you know when you can build if you want more people and of course with my luck is the only number that dont work correctly haha

well i passed the last 48h try to find some workaround for my two bug maintenance cost bug and this one and for this one i figured out why it happen
the number dont show cause of my option under > recruitement > city plan limit was "off" if u put ON the number in the UHD work again so i dont know if i need to change this in solved or not tell me and i change it :)

Hmm well I don't remember changing that setting, but maybe I did because I wanted to have unlimited settlers. But I just started a brand new playthrough because mods to allow regular NPC's like the Abernathys, Sturges, etc to be city leaders are starting to show up due to Kinggaths latest changes, so I will double check my settings once I get the holotape.

i hope it works for you too ! Tell me if is work :D

Well I just started a new game and I started my first RotC settlement at Abernathy Farm and I left settlement limit unchanged, made Blake my city leader and sure enough I get both numbers settlers and max settlers for the city plan. So I must have changed that setting on my previous playthrough and not realized it effected those numbers.
