Question how to turn off settlement budget with wsfw

There are several items that you can control through both WSFW and the City Manager Tape, but I think that might be one for the tape.i heard somewhere that you could but i cant find it in the mcm menu
Or if you have MCM then under SS2.

Let me give you some hints because many have had issues, of their own creation. If you have increased the limit using the manage tool but want to increase it again don't just increase it. Drop it back to default 1st. There is a slight math issue for your brain to get around, if you increased it 25% and now want another 25% you will get an increase of 25% of 125%, but that is not the real problem. Just from reading posts from people who have had issue there seems to be a connection with multiple increases of these adjusted values. I have been always going back to default exiting the holotape saving in some form even if auto or quick, then increasing the limit to the new value of say 50%. Never had an issue always works perfect. In truth now that i have used that for some time and know the settlements and what they can take I only increase a settlement twice. Some settlements can handle 200% but some only 150%. If you have a power house machine you can do more but those seem to be the reasonable limits for the average machine and definitely console limits. A settlement I know I can do 200% on I go 50% first build my structures and when I reach that max I stop building structures and increase and do the decoration part of the build.
So you understand the math issue from my poor brief explanation, if you increase the limit 4 times by 25% without returning to default you will end up at 244% build limit. On average machines you will definitely start having issues with your build in some of the settlements that demand more resources. Some don't recognize the issues but they will be there.
