When it loaded me in I hear the alarm of a turret going and it looks like every possible item that spawns from a plot including plots have all spawned in the fast travel location for HQ. Has anyone ever encountered this and know how to fix it.
That is an old (as in, pre ss2 - ss1 did it too) bug that has been asked about many many times - I have answered forum posts about it a good dozen times myself. Its something to do with automatic upgrades that you didnt see happen getting dumped into the next "interior cell" you enter. There is no known fix short of rolling back saves to before those upgrades happened, and hoping it doesnt this time.

Thank you so much for letting me know! i had never seen this before and i have rolled back pretty far and it seems to have fixed it!

ok so I can confirm that the 2.0.0I version has affected my fast travels i have travel saves turned off but it's still taking me 2 mins or so to fast travel i did not have this on the 2.0.0 all the way through the 2.0.0G hotfixes i skipped H and started fresh on I. I have plot upgrades off city upgrades off although I have no city plans built and only 16 plots built. have seen a few others with this as well on the 2.0.0I version.

I have Unlimited Settlement Budget in there but it looks safe.
So did that prostitute downtown... ;)
Joking aside, you really don't need that mod. Budget adjustment is built into WSFW. Just walk up to a workbench and hit the 'manage' button. (space on PC)
As long as USB doesn't set the actor values MaxTriangles and MaxDraws to -1 you "should" be OK, but there is still a chance it will conflict with WSFW.
I have answered forum posts about it a good dozen times myself.
I think your count is low by a couple of thousand! ;)

so i started my game on this hotfix 2.0.0i went to rescue the caravan dudes found the dead body everything proceeded like normal, move on to second part the rescuing of craig by Jamaica plains. I got there proceeded to kill the raiders had 1 that was a super tough legendary but killed them all key was oin none of them was still in the ammo box open the cell craig is basically sitting in hostage position doing noting and Non interactable.

i reloaded a save just prior tried again but what i noticed is that the quest does not recognize that you killed all the raiders so im guessing its hanging at that point and not moving into the rescue portion of the quest. not sure if any of that helps just what happen to me and ive seen a few others with this as well.

Tonight's hotfix addresses the following:
  • Altered the starting code of “How to HQ” to reset MALA’s stats. This should help resolve a conflict out there that causes her stats to be reduced to 1 - which then causes Energy amounts to not match costs during the quest.

Just updated to 2.0.0i then loaded a save prior the beggining of "How to HQ" then started the quest and MALA STR is still 1, but her perception is still 16. More to that, even after building the first living quarter, the capacity of the HQ stays at 0. After building Jake and Aiden workspace, I cannot move them in their respective department as the mod tell me there is 0 space available. I can live with the long saving time (on my game never more than 2-3 min), but if I can't play the main quest... Guess gonna have to start un new playthrough. Good thing I'm retired and with COVID we are stuck home.

Hello,
I know version j just came out but…I had some time yesterday to play using version i.
i started a new character and have gotten to the Lily & co. Showing up. No long saves at all Whether through “Save” or “ Quicksave”. No CTDs, either.
but I did notice something different from previous playthroughs….vanilla mattresses at Abernathy and Tenpines cannot be removed…also, the initial quest with Jake where he says don’t mind the sensor, it’s just scanning the area….the laser animation no longer plays….any Comments?

I'm pretty sure that's a vanilla issue. Turn on 'extra selection' in Place Everywhere and you can scrap them.
Yeah, the vanilla pre-placed mattresses/beds in a few settlements aren't scrappable by default: from memory I think Abernathy Farm, County Crossing, Tenpines Bluff, and Finch Farm. The Slog, too, I think...and possibly Greentop Nursery...and Warwick Homestead. Generally the places that come with inhabitants.

How can we get the reference from Simon Forseti or Caleb? The help command gives a NPC_ record, or two per individual and I cannot move to them or move them to me to complete quests. Made a post about Caleb and Knifepoint that show the end quest marker for caleb on his home computer with him nowhere in sight. I had to command complete the quest to stage 50 to end that...

Now I'm going to see the judge and Simon doesn't appear at the marker near the judge's house. The quest is stuck and without refids I cannot talk to the character to advance...

What can I do then?
Did you do the BADTFL quest?
