No Response Hooking up lights

this is a question let’s say I have a mod that lights up the whole settlement. Do I still have to run wires to the exterior plots?

I’m still getting a pop up where conqueror is asking me to set it all up. If I chose that I don’t want prebuilt settlements will conqueror still work or not?

yes it will still work you just wont get the pre built cities
