Info Needed High Resources at Level 0 Settlements

Hey guys, correct me if I am wrong, but there seems to be 61 power produced at County Crossing. TCL'd and couldn't find the generators. Except a loud invisible generator emitter near the farm plots in the middle of the settlement.

It would be less of a problem if I could scrap a generator or two, but can't find any. And that might break the plots auto powering themselves??? Am I wrong on that assumption of scrapping auto placed generators? I will then have to place mine and wire them myself if I want to go back powering the plots?

I put a similar report on County Crossing bug page,
here also because it seems to be a central repository for those kinds of reports.

I'll have to disable the deficit mechanic as right now so much resources cost too much for a handful of settlers sadly. A great idea, but with the resources bugs it is self defeating and unfair. Thank you for your continued work on this awesome project!!

Thanks for the report @TwilightOne We finally have someone working on cleaning these up!

We'll start releasing the fixes as they are finished, then you'll be able to refresh the City to clear up the issues.

Currently going alphabetically, so I imagine County Crossing will get hit in the next few patches.

Thanks @kinggath !
I've spent much time in the settlement and found two culprits! Two "Power Connection" items producing each 30 power.

On a hut on the southern side facing the road. On the Tree walkway with the security plots on the south west border.

The last image shows both locations on left and right side of the screen. But weirdly I still have a weird 1 unit of power produced. What sort of item does that? The only generator I added is a 10 unit windmill. So this is a better situation, but yet it itches my OCD. XD

There is still a very loud generator noise emitter near the fields. But I guess you haven't coded sound emitters as resource producing objects??

I'll have to download more of your citybuilding mods to look at the markers. Maybe I can find that 1 unit left. Haha

Edit: I cannot find the 1 power item left. I guess it is a makeshift battery lost somewhere. I've searched with TCL for 1 hour straight without success. Refreshing plots does nothing, scrapping the settlement entirely deletes it, so does "scrapall". I am positive this 1 power object came with the city plan. @kinggath, I think it would be useful to have special vision mode to find "power producing" and other resource production items and not just unpowered ones. Maybe just in the city planner's toolkit? It is like searching a needle in a haystack without something like it. Especially if it's an item as small as a makeshift battery that could be anywhere in the level, inside geometry, bushes, tones of brown, terrain or even high in the sky as per some design choices in some city plans. How were we supposed to find the hoses inside the tower at Oberland. It drove me crazy. Hahaha :P

Sorry to double post, couldn't add a picture in my last post...

I found the 20 water tank, which is also a lot at the start in this settlement, next to the destroyed house, on the side of the pond. In my game this item produces 20 water, but my settlement shows only 8? It's starting to get late, such things do not compute. :/

Also found a misplaced sound marker, will update in the County Crossing bugs section as it is not in subject of resources.

Best to post these in the appropriate RotC settlement thread if you haven't already.

The City Planner's Toolkit and the City Plan Contest mod have console commands/holotape commands to help you find objects like that. They can be marked with quest markers (that's how we hunt them down when cleaning up these plans).

Egret Tours Marina only one I've found that still has this problem. Hose on top of diner gives 100 water at L0, everywhere else is fine!!
