When I use immersive Hud, none of the SS2 box's appear in workshop mode. has anyone experienced this issue?

I'm not familiar with Immersive Hud at all.
Sim Settlements 2 HUD elements like the Resource Panel and Meters use HUDFramework and rely on "crosshairs", so if you are unable to see these, turn on crosshairs in your game settings.
