So I built up a SS settlement in Desert Island West. Not sure if this is a SS or Bethesda issue.
I did not prebuild so the starting happiness was like 20. Upon the next update it moved to 21 and stayed there. It has bene stuck there for over a week in game.
I started poking around with the GETAV commands. The settlement is supposed to have 82.62 for a target happiness instead of 21 happiness.
I used the GETAV to see what the incremental happiness change was supposed to be and it returned as zero. Which explains why the happiness never moved.
I know I can use modav or setav to fix the issue, but it aint the right fix. Anyone know a way to kick it in the ass so it works the way it is supposed to?
