Question Have a Plan Desk but no City plans, they have dissapeared. Only in Sanctuary

I downloaded Sim Settlements Three-in-One v4.1.3 , and after 20 hours there are no city plans showing up for me in the city planners desk. Anything I can do? They just disappeared from Sanctuary. They appear on other settlements.

Have you tried to download any other city plans for Sanctuary and see if they show up..?
