Has anyone bought any of the settlement packs from the CC?

Wouldn’t mind picking up the Arcade, Donuts and Nuka-Cola packs. If I’m reading correctly I can get all three for £10.

Are they worth the money?
Do they conflict with mods?
Is any of the content available on the nexus?

I believe they are indeed worth the money, especially as there are several plots and city plans that will use the elements if they are available.

Unlike some of the other CC packs, I've seen no conflicts. (And as over-modded as I play, I would probably have found them.)

I've seen very little overlap with Nexus content with these, and the quality is some of the highest I've seen among the CC packs.

They have the WetRats Seal of Approval.

Ok I might give them a go then. My settlements are all very commercially driven so always happy to have new lore friendly stores.
I saw the donut shop in one of Kinggaths videos and wanted to make sure there wasn’t a free version out there.
