Closed Handle Supplies for spectacle island

when I go to donate supplies at greygarden Co-op I get the prompt and It says handle supplies for spectacle island. The issue is my junk percentage isn't going up. I suspect it has to do with IDEK Logistic station add-on, it's the only thing that's at both locations

Update:So after gettin Co-op up to 100% level wise, it looks like the scrap is there but the number stays at zero

Can you check to see if in the city plan whether is says Graygarden or Spec isle?

actually the donate bin says Spec island but the city planner says graygarden
